Marketing Calendar
Keep your marketing projects in check with admation’s Marketing Calendar, which displays all projects in progress via a weekly or monthly calendar view. As you create new projects and timelines, your live calendar will automatically update to reflect this information. Admation can even send alerts to your mobile to prompt you to start a project.

Need real time access to your project timelines? Admation’s intuitive software automatically updates your timelines whenever milestone dates are logged in the system. Stakeholders also have full visibility over tasks and deadlines so that they can stay attuned to the project’s progress and requirements.

Organisation Set Up
Set your organisation up as either a single or multi-tiered organisation under a parent. The structure can be customised based on geography or division. Users can be attached to the parent entity or the child. When attached to the child, users can only view their projects, while users attached to the parent can see all project work. Metadata can be used to share information.

Users
Nominate a range of users for your marketing and advertising projects. Users are loaded against their email address to ensure they are unique. A full name, email address and role are all that’s required to set up a new user.
Ground control
Roles and Permission
Manage who can view and perform certain functions in admation by setting up Roles and Permissions. View a supplied spreadsheet of functions to decide who can see and do what. For example, Admins and Project Managers can see all project details while standard users can only view projects they’re assigned to.
Scheduling Tasks

Simply click on your preferred resource and their workload capacity will display making it easy for you to schedule a time for the task.
Re-assigning Tasks
Admation’s re-assigning task feature helps to eliminate the stress of re-assigning work when one of your team members calls in sick.
Admation displays all tasks allocated to the person who is away. As you click on their tasks, other team members’ availability will be displayed.
