Client Win – Havaianas select admation to manage marketing projects

Originating from Brazil, Havaianas is a global brand known for its innovative sandals. The original design was inspired by the Japanese zori sandal and was patented back in 1966. The brand became a household name back in 2000 when the Havaianas flip flop became a popular trend. In Australia today, the brand is known for its range of cool and colourful “thongs”.
We’re super thrilled to announce that the APAC region for Havaianas has selected admation
as its preferred project management software. Managing a high number of campaigns
across many different regions, they went in search for a system that would allow their sales
and marketing teams to streamline the briefing and approval process.
Prior to admation, Havaianas was managing all of its creative projects via email approvals, Excel
spreadsheets and Acrobat mark ups. Still they were faced with a number of marketing
challenges such as capturing a brief that could delineate the different requirements for each
country. The teams also required more transparency over their project and approvals,
among other features.
Havaianas required a comprehensive project management tool that could offer:
- A simplified briefing process with defined turnaround times
- A project management feature
- A calendar view so that everyone was aware of current and future projects
- Online approvals that provided an automatic audit trail of work
- Artwork storage for saving final artwork
- Asset management for storing and sharing assets from photo shoots, etc.
- Reporting tools
With admation, they are hoping to achieve:
- An easier, more consistent briefing process
- Less back and forth on briefs and approvals
- More visibility over all projects and deliverables in progress
- The ability to store all campaign materials in one place
- The ability to store digital assets and manage usage rights
- We’re looking forward to working with Havaianas APAC and potentially rolling out admation across other geographies to further assist the Havaianas brand.
