Templates to help improve your approval workflow

Templates to help improve your approval workflow

New Feature -  Approval Path Templates

I’m not a big fan of doing the same task over and over, I generally prefer to be spending my time on more complex or creative tasks.  And luckily we live in times, where technology can generally take repetitive tasks off our plate.

So today,  I am excited about the latest admation release that includes a new feature that enables you to create and manage templates for your approval paths.  This new feature demonstrates how admation helps manage the approval workflow across  ad agencies and marketing teams

What is an approval path?

Well in layman’s terms, an approval path is how a marketing project moves through a group of stakeholders for review and approval.  For example, the marketing team may need to sign off on an item before it is sent to the product or legal team for their approval.

Or in the case of an ad agency, the creative team may need to sign off on artwork, before it is sent to the client for their approval.  These are two examples of approval paths, and now admation enables you to create approval templates for different types of projects.

How does this  help?
Rather than having to manually add all the stakeholders to your projects and then set the business rules for approval, you simply select the relevant approval path template, and the required stakeholders are included in the approval workflow as required.   This ultimately will save you time, and also give you the confidence that the business rules have been followed.
